NORMS

  • The maximum members allowed per team is two and the registration fees per head is Rs200/-.

  • Person can participate in maximum of three Technical Events (If paper is short listed for paper presentation and other two Technical events are allowed)

    Paper Presentation Norms:

  • The paper presentation must be limited within 15 slides

    .

  • The maximum Presentation time will be 5-Minutes for a paper

    .

  • The last date for registration and submission of paper is 23/03/2024

    .

  • The paper short listing will be done by the Jury members and there will be no further claims are applicable

    .

  • The Response mail will be sent within 24/03/24 evening to your registered email address and via phone call.

  • If your Paper gets shortlisted the last date for paying the registration fee is 25/03/24.

  • For the persons who are participating in the events other than the Paper Presentation should also Pay the registration fees within 25/03/24.

  • The participation certificate will be provided for all participants

    .

  • The participants should present at the venue within 8:30 am to 9:10 am on the day of ADAGE'24.

  • The participants must come with Formal Dress code.

    Photography Contest Norms:

  • For participating in the photography event, the photographs must be shared as a posts in collab with our official Instagram page @civiladage_gcee.

  • There is no registration fee for those who are participating for tech events. Rs.30/- will be charged for the persons those who are participating only for photography contest.

  • There is no separate mode for registration, the direct collaboration with our official instagram account @civiladage_gcee will be there.

  • The collaboration will be accepted only for the raw footage based upon the efforts, the usage of filters and editing is not accepted and will be disqualified.

  • After requesting the collaboration, it is must to send the screenshots of payment and " Basic detail of the footage( as mentioned below)" to the instagram account by chat for confirming its reliability.

  • Contestants from various Colleges for photography Contest are allowed only when they are participating in Tech Events .

  • The judgment of the committee is the final one and there is no further claim.

  • Show your real effort through raw photographs.
